1,200 Horsepower Supercharged LS3-Powered Custom Cobra By CN

Every once and a while, a car will popup in our facebook feed that deserves some attention. These vehicles are usually something out of the norm, whether it be a record-setting vehicle, crazy show car, or our favorite the controversial LS-swap. One thing that this type of build has in common with the others — other than an LS engine, of course, is that it will command the attention of an enthusiast. You can’t scroll through your feed and not look at it. It’s in your face and demands to be seen.

Recently, we ran across one of these social media unicorns while perusing the depts of facebook late at night. The iconic classic didn’t have any details, just a picture. After some investigative research, we found some more photos on the facebook page of Turbo King.

The car is a CN built Cobra that, according to Turbo King, was hand-built in Dormagen, Germany. The CN Cobra houses a 1,200 horsepower LS3 with a monster Whipple 4.2 supercharger that peaks out of the hood. Everything on this car looks perfect. From the body color BBS wheels with Toyo Proxes 335/30/18’s tires on the rear of the vehicle, to the use of exterior color on the interior, this Cobra is all business. One of our favorite things other than the 1,200 horsepower LS, is the hardtop. If you have ever seen one of these cars with a soft top, you can appreciate the form and function of this lid. It’s incredibly smooth and compliments the body lines, whereas the soft-top looks more like a popup tent purchased at a garage sale that was affixed to the car.

The only problem with this story is that it lacks the content to make it, in fact, a story. We searched high and low for more details. We even reached out to the German-based company while brushing up on the language in Rossetta Stone in hopes of extracting some information on this killer machine. Unfortunatly, the company didn’t return any of our emails or Snapchats, no matter which filters we tried. But I guess the point is, we did try to get you the story on this beauty and will continue to do so. Either way, we hope you enjoy these images as much as we do. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
