Motherhood in a Minute: Astonishing Discovery Reveals Average Mothers Giving Birth to Three Children Every 60 Seconds, defуіпɡ Scientific Expectations Over 55 Million Years

Jamie and Skyler Scott tied the knot in 2004 and welcomed their first child, Shayden, in 2005. A few years later, Jamie gave birth to Landon, her second son. The couple frantically attempted to have another child for five years.

They sought out a fertility specialist, and during the second round of treatment, they struck gold — though perhaps not in the manner that everyone expected.

At just 19 weeks, Jamie already appeared nine months expectant! Her bulge had grown so rapidly that she was unable to walk and required a wheelchair to remain mobile

Jamie and Skyler anticipated seeing one or two small infants during the first ultrasound. After all, she had undergone IVF treatments and her hormone levels were elevated.

Imagine their surprise when the nurse pointed to five healthy heartbeats… it was quintuplets! This is estimated to occur in only one out of 55 million pregnancies.

A few weeks after her doctor confirmed the pregnancy, Jamie tested extremely high for HCG hormones. Something strange was going on…

Typically, elevated HCG levels indicate that the mother is carrying multiple children.

Jamie, like many other expectant women, developed an unusual craving for certain foods. She was absolutely enamored with smoothies for some time.

The physicians instructed her to consume approximately 4,000 calories per day in order to gain 100 pounds (45 kg).

The quints were born at 29 weeks, which is lengthier than the national average of slightly less than 27 weeks for quints. Lily, Violet, Daisy, Logan, and Lincoln were born at St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix on March 21, 2018

It took less than sixty seconds to deliver every child. Look at these adorable little packages of affection! Each newborn weighed less than 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) at birth.

Unbelievably, all five children were born healthy. In this type of birth, complications are typically quite common.

Jamie says, “The messages of love and hope we’ve received from all over the globe have really helped us get through this difficult time of an extremely high-risk pregnancy.”
